Nominations Now Open for the Healthiverse Heroes Award

Every day, we’re inspired by the people and organizations that unite the Healthiverse™ – breaking through the information silos that get in the way of clinical collaboration and patient care.

We introduced the word “Healthiverse” earlier this year to represent our vision for connecting people at touchpoints of care with the information they need when they need it. And we want to reward those who are making an impact, using technology to break down information silos to improve care collaboration, interoperability, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

You are the inspiration behind our new Healthiverse Heroes Award.

We’re talking about healthcare providers like physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and others. And organizations like hospitals and health systems; emergency medical services; pharmacies; electronic health record (EHR) systems, hospital information systems (HIS), and pharmacy information system (PIS) vendors; and payers and pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs).

Nominate a Hero

Do you know a Healthiverse Hero? Someone or someplace using healthcare technology in innovative ways to enhance communication and collaboration within and across organizations to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes, meet state and federal regulations, or save time and money? Share their story with us by January 31, 2021.

We will announce the results in February 2021 with a press release and social media. We will provide winners with a plaque and an award image for their website and social media.

These are the categories:

• Hospitals and Health Systems (acute care and post-acute organizations, such as long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, dialysis centers, and home care, etc.)
• Healthcare Providers (physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists)
• Pharmacies
• Emergency Medical Services
• Life Sciences (pharmaceutical companies, clinical research, etc.)
• Vendors (EHR, HIS, and PIS Vendors)
• Payers and PBMs
