Valerie Mondelli is a healthcare and financial services executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in technology and analytics-driven growth. She has worked across retail pharmacy, health systems, specialty providers, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and e-commerce. Over her career, she has built and led companies through four successful acquisitions and exits. 

At DrFirst, Valerie leads all growth initiatives, market strategy, and commercialization efforts. She oversees strategy and operations for sales, marketing, public relations, customer success, and revenue operations across markets DrFirst serves. Her leadership focuses on scalable operations, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes. 

Most recently, Valerie was with Iodine Software, which was acquired by Waystar in 2025. Before that, she served for five years as Chief Commercial Officer at RevSpring, helping build the organization into a leading patient engagement platform and guiding the company through a sale in 2024. Earlier in her career, Valerie spent 14 years at McKesson, where she helped bring eVoucher and ePA to market with CoverMyMeds. She has also held leadership roles at Verisys, FiServ, and Eli Lilly. 

Valerie graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and received her MBA at Georgia State University. She was recognized as one of the 2023 Top Women in Business Excellence by Drug Store News.
