DrFirst supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) in accordance with §170.315(d)(13) of the ONC 2015 Edition Cures Update Certification Criteria. An Rcopia application user can utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in the following scenarios:
Controlled Substance Prescribing:
The use of MFA is required to securely sign and transmit Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances (EPCS) from Rcopia.
Application Login:
MFA is required for direct log in to the Rcopia application when single sign-on (SSO) is not in use.
