Schedule a DrFirst Kick-off Call

Once a contract has been signed with DrFirst, your dedicated DrFirst Account Manager will welcome you to our DrFirst network and work with you to schedule a Kick-Off call. Get introduced to your primary points of contact during the integration process and give us a brief demo of your application.

STEP 2
Review Documentation & Get Staging Access

Get access to a sandbox environment, review our technical documentation, consolidate questions and define mental map of your possible integration. Need assistance with the planning? Get a tailor-made integration suggestion via the Integration Suggester tool.

STEP 3
Schedule a Pre-Coding Call with Your Technical Expert

Setup a call with our team of integration experts to help us understand your integration plans. We will walk you through some of the key integration aspects, best practices, and make recommendations to help define an ideal integrated solution. Clarify questions, understand certification requirements, and almost anything technical.

STEP 4
Develop Your Integration

Commence with actual development of integration once it has been fully vetted out with our integration expert. Open tickets for technical questions or request a call with the DrFirst Team during this phase. Track your progress against the integration timelines.

STEP 5
Pre-Certify Your Integration

Done with development? Complete a pre-certification for your system by running through various test scenarios. Our team of experts will review this submission to ensure that the implementation complies with best practices including: clinical, operational, and technical requirements.

STEP 6
Get Certified

Walk our certification team through your implementation as they review various aspects of the integration to ensure everything works great. Wrap up any other industry certifications and prepare your beta users.

STEP 7
Beta and Go-Live

Work with your DrFirst Account Manager to plan out operational logistics and go-live with your first set of beta users!
